The Telangana High Court today has given permission to Bandi Sanjay‘s Praja Sangrama Yatra. The High Court has also agreed to conduct a meeting in Bhainsa but only with conditions. Bandi Sanjay was supposed to hold the meeting earlier but the Police declined the permission citing the area’s sensitiveness following which BJP approached High Court.

According to the Telangana High Court, the meeting should be held between 3 PM and 5 PM, at any venue which should be 3 KM away from Bhainsa town. The HC has also made it clear that there should not be any communal hatred or provocative speeches. Also, it has ordered that the number of people who will attend the meeting should be limited to 3,000.

Coming to the Yatra, not more than 500 people should be part of it and they should not carry any items like sticks. The High Court has given permission to the Police to take any action if the conditions are violated and held Premender Reddy responsible who filed the petition for permission.
