TDP leader Damacharla Satya took charge as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board on October 5. He expressed his gratitude to the people of Kondepi, who supported him throughout his journey. Satya assured that he would fulfill his responsibilities efficiently.

During the event, ministers Anitha, Anagani Satya Prasad, and Dola Balaveer Anjaneyaswami, along with other party leaders, congratulated Satya on his new role.
In his speech, Damacharla Satya promised to complete the construction of Ramayapatnam and Bandar ports within the next five years. He also announced that development projects worth Rs 20,000 crore would be undertaken through the board.
Damacharla Satya highlighted Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s efforts in developing ports, which have created many employment opportunities. The Maritime Board will also work towards building fishing harbors to benefit fishermen.
