HYDERABAD: The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) is facing a crucial setback in Kurnool District. Minister Butta Renuka has joined hands with former MP Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, who contested elections from Emmiganuru in the previous elections and lost while representing YSRCP. Now, there is growing interest in the possibility of Minister Anam joining the YSRCP.
Butta Renuka had previously won as a YSRCP MP in 2014 but later switched to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) before returning to the YSRCP just before the 2019 elections.
Reports suggest that there is keen interest in Minister Anam’s potential return to the YSRCP fold.
