Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu took a key decision regarding the Telangana wing of the party. He appointed Kasani Gnaneshwar Mudiraj as the Telangana TDP President. Bakkani Narsimhulu, who was now the president of Telangana TDP, was taken into the TDP Politburo by CBN. Bakkani Narsimhulu was appointed as the National Secretary.
It was only recently that Kasani Gnaneshwar Mudiraj joined Telangana TDP. Kasani contested in the 2018 elections from Congress in Secunderabad and lost. Earlier, Kasani served as MLC and chairman of Ranga Reddy Zilla Parishad.
Kasani will take charge as the new President on the 10th of this month.
