Amid a political crisis, the Conservative Party’s new leader Rishi Sunak became the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Rishi Sunak will be the first British Asian to become prime minister and also the first nonwhite to honor the ace position. He is aged 42 and also the youngest prime minister in more than 200 years.
Rishi Sunak’s position is all but confirmed when after both the leading contenders who are in the race to replace Liz Truss pulled out before a single vote was cast. Before this, he was elected the leader of the Conservative Party. Rishi Sunak has promised that he will make ‘Stability and Unity’ his priority.
