Companies in the UK have taken strategic measures to decrease the stress on their employees. As per the latest reports, hundreds of companies in the UK are now implementing this style with zero pay cuts. Almost 2,600 companies are currently working in these companies and they are going to be benefited from this new rule. Atom Bank and global marketing company Avin are some of the top companies which are on the list that are implementing this 4-day working week.
The experimentation worked in the UK where employees’ productivity increased with this 4-day working week and they seemed to be happy than before. As the experimentation yielded better results, hundreds of UK companies have now come forward to implement it as well.
So, these companies have bid goodbye to the 5-day working week.
