Former Minister Jupally Krishna Rao who was suspended from the BRS party reacted to the suspension. Jupally said that he is a free bird now with the suspension and the burden was removed. “I’m a happy and peaceful person now,” he said. Jupally however denied the allegations against him and pleaded not guilty.
“I was not involved in any anti-party activities but only questioned how the public money was spent,” Jupally said. He further stated that Niranjan Reddy who fired on him today has no right to speak against him. “He questioned me about having YSR’s portrait in my home. I respect both YSR and KCR. I have KCR’s portrait as well. Who is Niranjan Reddy to question what should be in my house?” fired Jupally Krishna Rao.
There are speculations that Jupally will likely join BJP and contest from the Kollapur constituency for the upcoming elections.
