It is very well known that Congress leader Bhatti Vikramarka started his padayatra on March 16th and by today he has completed marching 996 kilometers. In this padayatra, Bhatti Vikramarka covered more than 500 villages, Tandas, Towns, etc., Bhatti Vikramarka is getting huge reception in this padayatra. Especially, Tribals, Adivasis, weaker sections, minorities, marginalized sections, and downtrodden people have been terming Bhatti Vikramarka as a people’s leader.

In some way or the other, we can say that Congress lost touch with minorities and other downtrodden people for some years. But with the Bhatti Vikramarka’s padayatra, they are with Congress again. On March 16, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka started the padayatra from Pippiri village of Boath Constituency, Bazarahatnoor Mandal, Adilabad District. Vikramarka has so far covered Boath, Khanapur, Asifabad, Bellampally, Chennur, Manchiryala, Ramagundam, Dharmapuri, Peddapally, Huzurabad, Husnabad, Vardhannapet, Warangal West, Station Ghanpur, Janagama, Aleru, Bhuvangiri, Ibrahim Patnam, Elbenagar, Maheswaram, Rajendranagar, Chevella, Shad Nagar, Parigi, Jadcherla, Nagar Kurnool, Kolhapur, Acchampeta and Devarakonda constituencies.

By the 25th of this month, 101 days of padayatra will be completed and it marks the end of the iconic event. Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will be the chief guest at the open meeting organized at the end of the padayatra. The organizers are making arrangements accordingly as there is a possibility of more than two lakh people for the meeting.
