AP election commission has given good news to all the Jana Sena activists. Election Commission has issued an order allotting a glass tumbler symbol to Jana in the local body elections. Janasena has been kept on the list of registered parties with reserved symbols. YCP and TDP continued with their symbols in the list of recognized state parties. In this regard, State Election Commission Secretary Chakravarty issued an order.
However, it should be noted that the symbol is limited only to local body elections. The Central Election Commission is likely to allocate for Assembly and Parliament elections. This is a slight relief for Jana Sena who lost the Glass Tumbler symbol earlier.
Currently, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is continuing the Varahi Yatra amid thunderous responses. Pawan Kalyan is likely to go for the upcoming elections with an alliance between TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP. However, more clarity will emerge in the upcoming days.
