Amaravati: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed that only the official emblem of the Andhra Pradesh government be displayed during press conferences conducted by state ministers and officials. The Information and Public Relations Department has already made changes at the Secretariat to reflect this new directive.

In the area where press meetings are held, the government emblem is prominently displayed with ‘Government of Andhra Pradesh’ written in both Telugu and English. This change will also be implemented in all district collectorates.
As part of these updates, Chandrababu Naidu’s photo has been removed from the backdrop. This marks a shift from the previous government, where the press meet backdrops included the YSR Congress Party’s colors, a photo of then-CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, the ‘Navaratnalu’ logo, and the state map along with the government emblem.
