The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is set to hold its legislature meeting on June 11 to elect Nara Chandrababu Naidu as the leader, as confirmed by a party spokesperson on June 10. TDP national spokesperson Jyotshna Tirunagari announced that the meeting is scheduled for June 11 morning, where Chandrababu Naidu’s election as the leader is expected to take place.

Following this internal party procedure, leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), including the TDP, BJP, and Jana Sena, will convene to meet Governor S Abdul Nazeer and stake their claim to form the government, as stated by Tirunagari.

Moreover, there’s anticipation that prime minister Narendra Modi will attend Chandrababu Naidu’s swearing-in ceremony as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh on June 12, according to an official statement released on June 8 by chief secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad. The oath-taking ceremony is set to occur at 11:27 AM at Kesarapalli IT Park near Gannavaram Airport.

Tirunagari also mentioned the possibility of additional leaders being sworn in alongside Chandrababu Naidu, with final decisions expected to be made soon.
