HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu arrived in Hyderabad on July 5, receiving a warm welcome from Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders and supporters.
Chandrababu Naidu, who flew in by a special aircraft from New Delhi, was greeted at Begumpet Airport with TDP flags, banners, and enthusiastic slogans of “Jai Jai Babu.” His supporters, braving rain and tight security, cheered as he emerged from the airport, standing out of his car’s sunroof to wave at the crowd.
A huge garland was presented to him as he boarded his vehicle, and the rally proceeded through the busy areas of Begumpet, Panjagutta, and Banjara Hills, ultimately reaching NTR Trust Bhavan, the TDP headquarters.
This visit marked Chandrababu Naidu’s first visit to Hyderabad since assuming office last month. The TDP headquarters were adorned with large cutouts and banners to celebrate his return.
Chandrababu Naidu, who previously served as Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh from 1995 to 2004, then made his way to his residence in Jubilee Hills.
On July 6, Chandrababu Naidu is set to meet Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule Bhavan to discuss post-bifurcation issues. This meeting, initiated by Chandrababu Naidu, aims to resolve pending matters from the bifurcation act and foster cooperation between the two Telugu speaking states.
