Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government has sanctioned Rs 9.2 crore for the purchase of 10 new bulletproof vehicles to enhance security for Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and other VIPs. Official orders have been issued for the procurement, ensuring high-level protection for key leaders.
The decision comes as part of the state’s effort to bolster VIP security in light of evolving threats. The new fleet of bulletproof vehicles will be equipped with advanced safety features to withstand potential attacks, reinforcing the security infrastructure for high-profile individuals.
