The stage is all set for the unveiling of the 125-feet long statue of Dr. BR Ambedkar who is considered the father of our constitution. The unveiling ceremony will be conducted shortly on the occasion of Ambedkar’s birth anniversary. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao Said that it was a proud moment not just for Telangana but for the entire nation as well.
KCR in this regard, remembered the services of Ambedkar who architected the Constitution and suggested that one should take inspiration from him and that no matter what the setback is one should not step back.
“It was the great vision of Ambedkar that Telangana was formed due to Article 3 in the constitution. The entire Telangana state is paying rich tributes to BR Ambedkar,” he said. Continuing the aspirations of Ambedkar, the new state secretariat building was named after him, KCR said.
