Four YSRCP MLAs were suspended from the party for alleged cross-voting in the recently concluded MLC elections under the MLA quota. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, advisor to the government made the announcement to the media a little while ago.

Undavalli Sridevi, Kotam Reddy Sridhar Reddy, Mekapati Chandrashekhar Reddy, and Anam Ramanarayan Reddy were suspended from the party for allegedly participating in the cross-voting which resulted in the party losing an MLC seat. They were suspended for violating the party’s whip in MLC elections.

Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that it was confirmed the above-mentioned four names were involved in the cross-voting as per their initial investigation. Hence YS Jagan took the harsh decision.
