On that occasion, Rajendra Prasad met Nikki Haley, who is an American Diplomat who served as the governor of South Carolina in the past.
Rajendra Prasad appreciated Nikki Haley who is of Indian descent and is excelling in American politics. She has also served as the US ambassador to the United Nations. Nikki Haley is going to contest as the Vice President of the United States in the 2024 US presidential election.
Rajendra Prasad wished Nikki wins the Vice Presidential election that will be held in 2024. A large number of NRIs participated in the program. Telugu Desam Party’s NRI cell discussed the steps to be taken to bring back the party into power in the upcoming elections.
