It’s the season of the year. Thousands of students are flying abroad to pursue Master’s from Hyderabad. The majority of the students will be going to the United States of America after getting their respective Visas. With students going in large numbers, the airport gets overcrowded and this resulted in the airport authority issuing an advisory. The Hyderabad International Airport stated that 50-60 visitors per passenger are being observed which results in congestion.
So in the statement released, it was written that “It has been observed that due to the annual rush in the student traffic going abroad for studies, there has been a huge increase in the number of meeters/greeters at the airport. These numbers range from 50-60 visitors per pax and a significantly large number of vehicles lead to congestion on the access road and ramps. This is causing a great deal of inconvenience to passengers. We humbly request and solicit the cooperation of our passengers to self-restrict the number of meeters/greeters and vehicles as the airport is also placed on a high-security alert for Independence Day. Kindly support us and help us in ensuring that your journey through our airport is smooth and pleasant,”
