After a gap of 17 years, the sequel to the blockbuster horror thriller Chandramukhi has been announced. Today, Lyca Productions unveiled a teaser poster announcing Chandramukhi 2. P. Vasu who directed Chandramukhi will be helming the megaphone for this sequel as well. Raghava Lawrence will play the lead role in the movie.
Back in 2020, Raghava Lawrence and P. Vasu announced that they are going to collaborate for the Chandramukhi sequel and now the details are announced. Vadivelu is going to continue in the sequel as well. MM Keeravani will be composing music for the flick. RD Rajasekhar will crank the camera.
Super Star Rajinikanth played the lead role in the movie Chandramukhi that released in 2005. Back then, it was a blockbuster. Chandramukhi was a remake. However, it is not clear whether Chandramukhi 2 will be a remake or an original script.
