The 4 BRS MLAs who yesterday met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy have today conducted a press meet to clear the air. It was speculated that these 4 BRS MLAs are going to change their loyalties and meeting Revanth Reddy has ignited further speculations.
The 4 BRS MLAs from Medak district who met Revanth Reddy are Sunitha Laxma Reddy (Narsapur), Kotha Prabhakar Reddy (Dubbaka), Gudem Mahipal Reddy (Patancheru), and Manik Rao (Zaheerabad).
In the press meet Sunitha Laxma Reddy stated that the meeting was just to congratulate the new Chief Minister and update him about the protocol issues. The MLAs said that they had no intention to change the party. “We work hard for the party and if our reputation gets damaged then we won’t tolerate it,” they warned.
“We will be with KCR and BRS and we are confident that BRS will win the majority of the sets in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections,” they said.
