The reading shows 6.3 as the magnitude. Strong tremors were felt in Southern Turkey near the Syrian border late on Monday. The tremors were also felt in Egypt and Lebanon. Many buildings were affected in Antakya city by this earthquake.
Ambulances rushed to the spot to help the victims but it was too difficult for the rescue acts as it was pitch dark and too cold. We have to wait for more information about the latest earthquake.
