It’s good news for the Ambanis, days before New Year’s eve as Mukesh Ambani’s younger son Anant Ambani gets engaged to Viren Merchant’s daughter Radhika Merchant. The ceremony took place in Shrinathji Temple in Rajasthan’s Nathdwara. It was known as the Roka ceremony. The young couple spent the day at the temple seeking Lord Shrinathji’s blessings for their upcoming union and participated in the traditional Raj-bhog-Shringaar ceremonies at the temple.
Anant and Radhika were known each other for years. Both families blessed the to-be young couple as they start their new journey. The date of their marriage is yet to be announced.
Anant Ambani completed his studies at Brown University, USA. He currently leads the energy business of RIL. Radhika graduated from New York University and is the director of the Board of Encore Healthcare.
