However, do you know that this star choreographer wanted to commit suicide just for Rs. 50,000? Yes, Prem Rakshit was once a struggling choreographer. Because of the dire state of his family, Prem Rakshit decided to commit suicide as he knew that the dance union federation will give his family Rs. 50,000 if he died.
“I went on my friend’s cycle to Marina Beach to commit suicide but then thought that the friend would ask my parents to return the cycle. So I came back and returned the cycle and then started to walk to Marina beach. That’s when my father called me back and said the good news of an opportunity to work as a dance extra,” he said.
Since then, there is no looking back for the star choreographer.
