Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has urged elected representatives, including Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) and Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs), to donate one month’s salary to the National Defense Fund. Reddy made the appeal following India’s recent military strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan, emphasizing the need to show solidarity and support for national security. Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka has been tasked with discussing the initiative with Congress legislators, with plans for them to announce their donations. Reddy also called on lawmakers from other political parties to contribute in the same spirit, strengthening the collective effort to support the Indian armed forces.
