The Telangana government has introduced the “Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme” with specific guidelines:
- A family can benefit from the scheme only once in five years.
- Annual income should not exceed ₹2 lakh in urban areas and ₹1.5 lakh in rural areas.
- If a family does not have a ration card, an income certificate is mandatory.
- Reservation: 25% for women (including widows and single women) and 5% for persons with disabilities.
- Priority will be given to families of martyrs and skilled individuals.
- Applications will be accepted only through the online process
