NSE Donates 1 Crore to Families of Pahalgam Terror Attack Victims

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has pledged ₹1 crore to support the families of those killed in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed 26 lives, including two foreign nationals. NSE CEO Ashish Chauhan expressed deep sorrow over the tragedy, stating the donation is a gesture of solidarity with the victims’ families.

Earlier, Reliance Industries offered free medical treatment for the injured at its Mumbai hospital, while J&K CM Omar Abdullah announced ₹10 lakh ex gratia for each victim’s family. The attack, one of the deadliest since Pulwama in 2019, occurred in the popular tourist area of Baisaran, Kashmir.
