After a brain-dead woman, Cherukuri Sushma, was declared dead at Ramesh Hospital in Guntur, her family decided to donate her organs. Lokesh, upon learning of the situation, immediately took action by arranging a special flight at his own expense to transport Sushma’s heart to a recipient in Tirupati. In addition, he ensured a green channel was set up, allowing for the quick and safe transport of the organ.
Cherukuri Sushma, who had been admitted to Ramesh Hospital in critical condition, passed away due to brain death. However, thanks to her family’s decision to donate her organs, an opportunity arose to save another life. Upon being informed, Nara Lokesh swiftly responded with a single message, arranging a special flight and coordinating with authorities to ensure the heart reached Tirupati in time for a successful transplant.
