In a significant step to ease access to passport services, the Andhra Pradesh government is launching mobile passport services across the state. Authorities have set up a “Passport Service Mobile Van” equipped with a team of four staff members. This initiative aims to bring passport services directly to people, especially those in remote areas who are unable to visit passport offices.
The mobile van will travel to various locations, and the schedule will be available on the official website for public reference. Once the process is completed, the passports will be delivered to the applicant’s home, providing a convenient and efficient service for residents in rural and distant areas.
