The Indian government has announced the release of a ₹100 commemorative coin in honor of the centenary celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, which will conclude on November 23. The coin, weighing 35 grams and measuring 44mm in diameter, will be made of 50% silver, 40% copper, 5% nickel, and 5% zinc. One side of the coin will feature the Ashoka Pillar, while the other side will depict an image of Sathya Sai Baba, along with the year “1926” engraved on it.
