The United Arab Emirates (UAE) department is currently working on an underwater train to connect India’s Mumbai to Dubai. According to the latest update, the country is now one step closer to achieving an ambitious plan. This is a 1,200-mile (2,000 km) journey and it is learned that this track will not only be used to transport people but also commodities like oil, etc., If this revolutionary thought becomes reality, then it is going to change the dynamics of both countries for sure.
The news is that the United Arab Emirates’ National Advisor Bureau is working on a feasible blueprint for the railway. This is not the first time though that an underwater railway tunnel is worked on. There is a channel tunnel that connects the UK to France and is arguably the most famous underwater railway tunnel in the world.
