Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has extended an invitation to OpenAI CEO Sam Altman to visit Amaravati, following Altman’s praise for India’s rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). Altman expressed his admiration on social media, stating that witnessing India’s AI progress is “amazing” and that the country is “outpacing the world.”
In response, CM Naidu highlighted Andhra Pradesh’s ambition to become a hub for AI advancements and quantum technology. He wrote, “It would be a pleasure to welcome you to Amaravati on your next trip to India and share our vision with you as we shape the future.”
This exchange underscores the state’s commitment to embracing cutting-edge technologies and fostering innovation.
