Rajamahendravaram: In a vibrant new initiative by the Department of Tourism, Minister Kandula Durgesh inaugurated the ‘Spiritual Bus Tour’ at the renowned Saraswati Ghat. This exclusive pilgrimage tour allows devotees to visit six major temples in a single day, enhancing both spiritual enrichment and tourism in the region.

Starting at Korukonda’s Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, where devotees offer prayers, the tour moves on to several revered sites. Stops include the Annnavaram Satyanarayana Swamy Temple, Pithapuram’s Kukuteswara Swamy Temple, and the Kumararama Bhimeswara Swamy Temple at Samarlakota. The spiritual tour also encompasses the Draksharama Bhimeswara Swamy Temple and concludes at the Vadapalli Venkateswara Swamy Temple.
Pilgrims will also experience the Godavari Aarti at the iconic Pushkar Ghat in Rajahmundry, offering a grand spiritual closure to the day-long journey.
The tour will run every Saturday, offering pilgrims a unique way to connect with these sacred sites. This launch was attended by several notable dignitaries, including MLAs Adireddy Srinivas, Nallamilli Ramakrishna Reddy, and Bathula Balaramakrishna, marking it as a significant addition to Rajahmundry’s tourism attractions.
