Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy hasn’t had any relief today in the High Court. It is well known that Avinash Reddy filed a bail petition in the Telangana High Court today but the petition hasn’t come for hearing today. The court stated that there are other cases that were to be tendered to and the time remaining isn’t sufficient to hear the case as it will take some time to hear about the petition and pass judgment on the bail petition.
The petition will come for hearing before the court at 10:30 AM tomorrow morning and we might see some progress in the case.
On the other hand, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials are believing that YS Avinash Reddy is involved in the case and named him as the A2. Many anticipated that Avinash Reddy will be arrested by the investigation agency but that didn’t happen. Avinash Reddy involved his mother in the case stating that she is unwell and he had to attend her as his father is already arrested in the same case.
