Telangana is set to experience light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over the next three days, according to the Hyderabad Meteorological Center.
A cyclonic circulation formed over the west-central Bay of Bengal at 1.5 km above sea level on October 4. It is expected to impact the coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh, bringing winds from the west and northwest into Telangana.
On October 5, districts like Jangaon, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, and others may witness rainfall. The forecast continues into Sunday for other districts, including Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Ranga Reddy, and Mahbubnagar.
An ‘Yellow Alert’ has been issued for several regions due to possible thunderstorms.
