It is shock after shock for the Telugu Cinema. Tollywood veteran Chalapathi Rao has breathed his last. He died due to cardiac arrest. He is aged 79. Chalapathi Rao hails from Krishna district and is one of the prominent actors from generations.
This is another huge setback for the Telugu Cinema as the other day, another veteran Kaikala Satyanarayana left this world. Chalapathi Rao acted in more than 1200 movies. He acted in almost all the top heroes movies. As a comedian, villain, character artist… Chalapathi Rao played many memorable roles.
Chalapathi Rao’s mortal remains will be kept at Ravi Babu’s house which is situated at MLA Colony, Banjara Hills. His last rites will be performed on Wednesday as his daughter is to come from USA.
