Despite owing the government Rs 800 crore, they were allowed to continue operations, with false affidavits and bank guarantees being misused.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) recently initiated an investigation, revealing large-scale corruption and rule violations. On September 11, an official case was filed against Venkata Reddy and other key players. The ACB conducted raids on their offices and homes, uncovering crucial evidence.

The investigation also revealed that the contractors exceeded sand mining limits, harming the environment. Despite all these violations, Venkata Reddy turned a blind eye to the illegal activities.
