Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Enterprises, expressed his sorrow on social media, calling Tata a ‘beacon of integrity’ who left an everlasting impact on business and philanthropy.

Ratan Tata played a pivotal role in expanding and diversifying the Tata Group, which reported $165 billion in revenue for 2023-24. Though not involved in daily operations, Ratan Tata continued to advise on major decisions and led Tata Trusts. His legacy includes the creation of Tata Teleservices and the public listing of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2004.

Tata will be remembered for his contributions to both business and society.
