Amaravati: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has secured a key victory in Andhra Pradesh’s Legislative Council elections, with Telugu Desam Party (TDP) senior leader Alapati Rajendra Prasad winning the Krishna-Guntur graduates’ constituency by a massive 82,320 vote margin.

Krishna-Guntur Graduates’ Constituency

  • Winner: Alapati Rajendra Prasad (TDP) – 1,45,057 votes
  • Runner-up: K. S. Lakshmana Rao (Progressive Democratic Front) – 62,737 votes
