Hyderabad: Indian cinema legend Megastar Chiranjeevi is set to receive a prestigious felicitation at the House of Commons, United Kingdom Parliament, on March 19, 2025. Organized by Members of Parliament, the event will celebrate Chiranjeevi’s exceptional contributions to society. Notable MPs attending include Labour Party’s Navendru Mishra, Sojan Joseph, and Bob Blackman.

Adding to this honor, Bridge India will present Chiranjeevi with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Public Service through Cultural Leadership. This award recognizes his impact not just in cinema but also in philanthropy and public service, solidifying his legacy as an influential figure.
Amidst this recognition, rumors surfaced about Chiranjeevi receiving honorary UK citizenship. However, his team dismissed the claims, stating, “Reports of Megastar Chiranjeevi Garu receiving honorary UK citizenship are false.” The speculation arose after his light-hearted remark at the Laila pre-release event.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is actively working on his next projects. His upcoming film ‘Vishwambhara’ is in the pipeline, and he is set to collaborate with Srikanth Odela for what is being called the ‘most violent film’ of his career.
