It is very well known by now that TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu who has been sent to judicial remand in alleged Skill Development Scam has now been granted bail. Chandrababu has been in Rajahmundry Central Prison for the last 53 days and now he was granted bail on medical grounds. In view of the interim bail, there have been a lot of speculations about the conditions imposed when granting bail. However, they all turned out to be false.
Here are the actual conditions imposed by the High Court. Mr. Naidu must submit a regular bond for Rs. 1 lakh with 2 sureties. He can undergo treatment for his eye at the choice of his hospital at his own expense and the details of it must be submitted. He must be surrendering on November 28th before 5 PM. Chandrababu Naidu must not interfere with the investigation or influence the witnesses.
Chandrababu shouldn’t meet his family members is just a speculation that is being spread.
