There is no respite for Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu who was arrested for an alleged scam of Rs. 371 Crores in the Skill Development Case. The case has now reached the Supreme Court but to no avail.
The quash petition has now been moved to October 3rd. Senior advocate Siddharth Luthra presented Chandrababu’s case before the Supreme Court’s bench. However, Justice NVS Bhatti was not ready to hear the case which resulted in the postponement of it.
Mr. Luthra approached the Chief Justice of India and highlighted the matter. However, he was told that the court’s processes take its due course of time and the petition was postponed to October 3rd which means that Mr. Naidu will have to be in the court until the said date.
We have to wait and see how this case will progress henceforth.
