TDP Chief, Ex-Chief Minister of AP Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been sent to 14 days judicial remand by the court today. It is well known that AP CID has taken Chandrababu Naidu into custody in connection with the Skill Development Scam. The judge today in his judgement agreed with the views of AP CID.
The judge heard the petition of both sides for about 8 hours and took almost four hours to deliver the judgment.
The court believes that CBN is the prima facie in the scam and thus Section 409 applies. As a result, the ACB Court rejected the bail petition.
Now, Chandrababu Naidu will be sent to the Rajahmundry Jail. This has sent shock waves in the political circles in the state. Keeping in view the law and order situation, Section 144 has been imposed all over the state.
The TDP legal team will now file for the lunch motion petition tomorrow in the High Court.
