Many customers reported seeing zero balances in their accounts, while others couldn’t log in at all.

In response, Bank of America acknowledged the issue and stated that it is being fixed. “Some clients are experiencing issues with account and balance access, but these have largely been resolved,” the bank said.

Customers took to social media, expressing concern about missing balances, with one person saying, “Five accounts show zero balance, over $20,000.” While some still couldn’t access their accounts, others noted that only their debt information appeared correctly.

Bank of America has yet to reveal the cause of the issue, and it is unclear when all systems will fully return to normal.
