Andhra Pradesh Human Resources Minister Nara Lokesh announced that the state government is taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of students stranded in Jammu & Kashmir amid rising tensions and Pakistan’s provocations. Lokesh, in a post on social media, assured that the government is closely monitoring the situation and providing full support to the students.

Nandyal MP B Shabari has also written to the Andhra Pradesh Resident Commissioner in New Delhi, Lav Aggarwal, to coordinate with central agencies for the safe evacuation of students. Shabari has requested that the families of the students be kept informed throughout the process. Lokesh reassured parents that the situation is being closely watched and the necessary steps are being taken to assist the students in J&K.
